We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager/Director to lead product initiatives across our IT services portfolio. This role involves crossroads of business strategy, product leadership, customer insight, and emerging technologies like GenAI

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Pune

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and communicate product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead product development efforts across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics tools and iterate based on feedback.
  • Customer & Market Insights
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in product planning and execution.
  • Go-to-Market Execution
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop launch strategies and positioning.
  • Support client engagements and product demonstrations.
  • Mentorship & Leadership
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture.
  • Influence organizational strategy and promote best practices in product management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12–18 years of experience in product management, preferably in IT services or enterprise software.
  • Realign product vision with business strategy
  • Deepen customer engagement through experience design
  • Strengthen engineering for scale and speed
  • Inject innovation using AI without losing focus
