Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in customer support or call handling is preferred but not mandatory.
