Role Overview:

The Customer Experience intern will track and manage customer experience, including proactive communication through calls, surveys, and WhatsApp

Key responsibilities include working cross-departmental and on cross-functional projects to improve customer purchase and delivery experience.

  • Problem-solving skills to answer customer queries and tune into the customer's voice
  • Savvy with data management and churn insights from complex customer data
Eligibility & Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from a Tier I university
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and web tools for consumer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Interest in FMCG and kids' nutrition will be a great added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, and holidays as per customer queries
