About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to lead our data science efforts and drive business growth through innovative solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning systems, including model development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable and efficient data pipelines.
- Work with software developers to integrate machine learning models into our products.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Masters or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 6-8 years of industry experience, with 3-4 years in machine learning/MLOps.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality machine learning projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Technical Skills:
You should have expertise in:
- Python, PySpark, NumPy, Pandas, SQL, and Linux.
- Azure cloud services, including Azure Databricks, Spark, Data Warehousing, and pipeline orchestration.
- FastAPI/Flask for building scalable ML models APIs.
Domain Knowledge:
Experience with credit risk modeling is a strong plus.
Soft Skills:
You should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
