Lead Data Insights Specialist

We seek a Lead Data Insights Specialist to drive our data-driven transformation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with advanced statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and big data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models for customer segmentation, retention, and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business decision-making processes.
  • Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to communicate complex insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Establish monitoring and retraining processes to ensure sustained model accuracy and business value.
  • Validate existing models using end-to-end quality assurance checks before deployment.
  • Assess data ingestion, schema integrity, feature engineering, and label quality for business alignment.
  • Evaluate model predictions, performance metrics, drift monitoring, downstream outputs, and GUI integration.
  • Document all findings, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support development of dashboards and reports to track validation progress, outcomes, and risks.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with QA and drift monitoring frameworks for ML models.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud ecosystems such as Databricks, Spark, Snowflake/AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience leading junior data scientists.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to QA, documentation, reporting, and dashboarding.
