As a leading expert in Large Language Models (LLMs), this position focuses on designing, developing and deploying innovative LLM-powered features and prototypes in the sales enterprise domain. A strong understanding of machine learning concepts and ability to independently own problem statements end-to-end are essential for success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing robust applications leveraging LLMs.
  • Developing complex prompts and prompt chains to steer model behavior and ensure accuracy.
  • Building autonomous agents and multi-step workflows using frameworks like LangChain or similar tools.
  • Rapidly prototyping new ideas and conducting experiments to evaluate different models and techniques.
  • Establishing robust metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the quality and reliability of LLM outputs.

Qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning.
  • Practical experience with major LLM application frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of core machine learning concepts and fundamentals of how LLMs work.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and distributed computing.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team and explain complex technical topics to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
