Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategies
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth for the B2B product.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.
    • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
    • Responsible for achieving numbers (P&L, customers onboarded, activated) for the assigned category.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Establish and drive relationships with banks, payment providers, and other strategic partners for the B2B product.
    • Develop and maintain strong customer-centricity principles within the organization and with clients.
    • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them, ensuring fast closures.
    • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
    • Gain knowledge of market trends, regulations, and competition.
  • Product Enablement
    • Build expertise on the company's products and offerings, creating business models and high-end presentations as part of product pitches.
    • Work with product, certification, tech, and other departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on the company's products.
    • Oversee various onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously, ensuring effective and timely execution.
    • Prepare dashboards and trackers to share with management on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring successful rollout.
