Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for owning the enterprise profit and loss statement and leading the company's growth strategy. This includes expanding markets, upgrading operations and technology, and building a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning end-to-end profit and loss and value creation; setting strategy, translating into roadmaps, and delivering outcomes.
  • Taking enterprise-wide ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG—working through empowered functional heads and Group shared services.
  • Driving market expansion with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals; building channel/partner ecosystems in priority geographies.
  • Building a predictable order book and margin profile; negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
  • Modernizing manufacturing: improving throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality; deploying capital expenditure with internal rate of return/return on investment discipline.
  • Leading digital/ERP transformation; institutionalizing data-driven governance.
  • Strengthening supply chain resilience—vendor development for alloys (including duplex and super duplex) and strategic sourcing.
  • Establishing a performance culture—clear Key Results Areas/Key Performance Indicators and leadership bench, with safety and compliance as non-negotiables.
Requirements:
  • 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated profit and loss ownership and scale-up results.
  • Track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capital expenditure deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen (pricing, mix, working capital, project internal rate of return) and stakeholder management.
  • People leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture.
  • Education: Engineering (preferred) + Master's degree/Master's in Business Administration desirable.
