About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Project Officer to spearhead and deliver technology projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, with expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion.

  • Manage and execute IT service projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services/projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).

The successful candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. He/She must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
