Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to oversee our cash management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective treasury strategies, managing liquidity and funding requirements, and ensuring optimal portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and financial institutions.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and optimize cash flow.
  • Implement margin/financing, broker revenue, and counterparty exposure information from end-to-end.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, gathering requirements and showcasing capabilities clearly.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to develop bespoke reports and implement system enhancements.
  • Monitor and respond to margin calls in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Sustain and coordinate securities lending transactions to maximize asset utilization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in treasury with in-depth domain finance knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of collateral management and financing agreements as well as margin methodologies.
  • Experience in securities lending and borrowing as well as optimization of portfolio financing.
  • Familiarity with data sources such as Reuters, Bloomberg, Markit etc for treasury-related attributes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of margin calls and security lending.
  • Understanding of treasury/cash management and collateral and liquidity management.
  • Proven track-record of handling projects and improving processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
  • Effective oral/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take on additional operational tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with VBA macros / Python will be a big plus.
