Financial Manager - Treasury Operations

The position of Financial Manager - Treasury Operations plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the organization's short-term liquidity.

This critical function is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely cash management, supporting global financial operations, and maintaining seamless banking relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash flow, including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards to ensure efficient liquidity management.
  • Prepare comprehensive cash flow forecasts, analyze variances between projected and actual cash flow statements, and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee and manage the organization's bank relationships, ensuring optimal liquidity levels and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain the organization's debt schedule, guaranteeing all obligations are met on time, thereby upholding our reputation for reliability.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring timely and accurate wire payments that meet our high standards.
  • Perform thorough bank reconciliations, maintain account records, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting, facilitate banking transactions, and obtain necessary approvals in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a treasury or cash management function, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong proficiency in financial and cash management principles, including advanced computer software skills, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Able to handle sensitive information appropriately, maintain SOX and audit trails, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Keen interest in defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase process efficiencies and drive results-oriented performance.
