Treasury Management Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Management Professional to join our team in Bareilly, India.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to play a crucial role in managing cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and financial statement analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash and Liquidity Management: Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, financial statement analysis, and investment strategies to ensure efficient cash management. Develop cash targets to support effective liquidity management.
  • Oversee electronic cash receipt and cash disbursement processing and accounting. Manage daily cash positioning activities, including reconciliations and bank reporting. Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

Working with the Team:

You will work closely with business partners, shared services, and FP&A to optimize working capital.

Treasury Systems and Technology:

  • Leverage tools such as ERP systems, TMS, and data visualization platforms to enhance decision-making and tracking of KPIs.
  • Drive automation and technology integration to streamline treasury processes.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or management required.
  • Relevant certifications such as B Com, MBA, or CA preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of treasury best practices, including financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and BI tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Proficient in treasury management systems (TMSs) and MS Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
