
Accounts Receivable Process Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading teams and driving process enhancements within the Order to Cash cycle. With a strong background in finance and accounting, they will be responsible for overseeing a team of accounts receivable professionals and managing the entire Order to Cash process.
About the Role:- Lead a team of accounts receivable specialists to drive process improvements and meet key performance indicators.
- Manage and coordinate the entire Order to Cash process, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on Order to Cash and accounts receivable.
- A proven track record of leading teams and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience working with SAP and Concur a plus.
