Accounts Receivables Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and recovering outstanding payments from customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Billing and Invoicing, with excellent analytical and communication skills. You should be self-motivated and able to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment.

  1. Assist with day-to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes;
  2. Resolve inquiries/queries related to Billing and adhere to policy guidelines;
  3. Follow up with field location teams for necessary supporting documents required for billing;
  4. Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies;

You will also be involved in downloading Bank statements for all accounts, providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day. Additionally, you will perform regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function and ensure that cash is applied only based on the defined process without exceptions.
