Job Overview

The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the company's IT systems, encompassing end-user support, networking, servers, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise software.
  • Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks.
  • User Support: Handle user requests and incidents via the helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Administration: Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues.
  • Project Assistance: Assist in IT projects, such as cloud migration, system upgrades, and security enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors and external providers for IT services and escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of IT support/infrastructure experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
