About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Application Support Specialist to join our team at May I Help You. As a Technical Application Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to end-users for our applications, troubleshoot and resolve application issues, and collaborate with developers and other internal teams to implement bug fixes and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users for our applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with developers and other internal teams to implement bug fixes and enhancements
  • Document support processes and procedures
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets
  • Communicate effectively with users to gather information and provide updates on issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in application support or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and databases
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems and incident management
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
