Beauty and Personal Care Sector Marketplace Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage our marketplace sales in the beauty and personal care sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue on multiple quick commerce platforms, conducting market research, and leading a team for product cataloguing, content creation, and search engine optimization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue on multiple quick commerce platforms
  • Conduct market research and understand competition and market trends
  • Lead a team for product cataloguing, content creation, and search engine optimization
  • Manage relationships with personnel within designated marketplaces
  • Work with the operations team to manage shipments and POs to reduce stock-out time
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and forecast future performance
  • Handle key account management, category management, and catalogue management

Requirements:

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate brand objectives and needs to stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage a team of associates to drive marketplace channels
