Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the marketplaces business for fashion brands
  • Having working knowledge of Myntra, Amazon, FK, Nykaa seller Panels and OMS - Univommerce/Vinculum/Incef
  • Driving PnL calculation and converting this understanding to meaningful day-to-day decisions
  • Guiding a team of Ops and MIS personnel to drive business growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and number crunching to make executive decisions
  • Understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms to scale business
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage internal stakeholders effectively
  • Knowledge of AI tools to aid marketplace business, SQL, Python, etc.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketplaces or similar field
