Marketplace Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage marketplace operations in the beauty & personal care industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth on multiple e-commerce platforms, including those used by Nykaa and Meesho.

  • Conduct market research to understand competition market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage product cataloging, content creation, and search engine optimization of listings to increase visibility and sales.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders within designated marketplaces to drive business results.
  • Optimize shipments and reduce stock-out time while saving costs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to analyze performance and forecast future results.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing e-commerce sales, preferably in the beauty & personal care sector.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong presentation skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
