About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Associate - F&B to join our team at our restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of the restaurant cashiering process as per company policy to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Managing crockery and appliances effectively to prevent breakages and optimize workflow.
  • Assisting with inventory management according to schedules to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Preparing the restaurant and preparation areas to meet Outlet standards and layout requirements.
  • Welcome guests and provide waiter service, exceeding their expectations through personalized attention.
  • Briefly review dish composition and official communication before each shift to stay informed.
  • Organize work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events, and guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain equipment in good condition, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Clean and polish Glassware, Silverware to high standards.
  • Replenish linen and operating supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Obtain requested items from the storeroom promptly to minimize delays.
  • Follow the correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
  • Set up tables according to Restaurant policy to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Clean and remove dishes from tables after service is completed, maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Clean all spillage during mealtime and at closing to prevent accidents.
  • Transport soiled dishes from the dining room to the kitchen and deposit them in the proper place at the Steward area.
  • Clean and tidy the restaurant and preparation areas after closing to maintain a clean environment.
  • Participate in meeting department targets by respecting procedures and internal audits applicable in the hotel.
  • Suggest food and beverages, being well-versed with the menu, preparation methods, and accompaniments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working stations and service pantries for smooth operation.
  • Keep the general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas up to par.
  • Maintain excellent grooming standards at all times to represent the brand positively.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational certificate or diploma in Food and Beverage (F&B).
  • Language skills: fluent in English and the national language.

Estimated Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,00,000 per annum (depending on location and experience).
