We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Encompass Administrator, responsible for ensuring smooth system operations and user support.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

Key responsibilities include Encompass configuration and customization, system maintenance and upgrades, integration management, and compliance and risk management.

Required skills and qualifications include strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations, as well as familiarity with compliance requirements.

Candidates should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Encompass Configuration & Customization

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

System Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

Integration Management

  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.
