  • Identifying and implementing applications in Zendesk to support business needs
  • Collaborating with teams to create specific workflow configurations
  • Reviewing and updating triggers, automations, views, and macros to ensure outdated items are deactivated or updated
  • Capturing relevant analytics to drive process improvement, client offerings, measuring agent performance, and optimizing support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues using audit logs
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support KPIs and business needs
  • Defining and maintaining agent roles per business requirements
  • Auditing agent permissions to ensure access is appropriate
  • Managing agents including creating, deactivation, role reassignment, and deactivation
  • Maintaining data integrity by employing defined processes and best practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience as a system administrator
  • Experience with Zendesk Suite apps (Talk, Chat, and Sell) is a plus
  • Experience working in multi-brand environments is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Being a resourceful problem solver
  • Being a team player, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
