The role of the Human Resources and Payroll Administrator is pivotal in ensuring seamless operational support for employees throughout their lifecycle. This position serves as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely and efficient administrative assistance to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Records Management:
    • Evaluate employee files for accuracy, completeness, and security.
    • Manage crucial documents including contracts, personal information, performance reviews, and disciplinary records.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Coordinate new hire paperwork and prepare relevant contracts.
    • Oversight of offboarding logistics, encompassing final settlements and record archiving.
    • Streamline onboarding with comprehensive HR induction programs.
  • Payroll Processing Oversight:
    • End-to-end management of payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll across India.
    • Cultivate partnerships with external providers and internal teams.
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll, encompassing salaries, deductions, benefits, and taxes.
    • Reconcile discrepancies and maintain up-to-date knowledge on payroll legislation.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and leave tracking systems.
    • Monitor absences, PTOs, and vacation days.
  • HR System Management:
    • Oversight of our HRIS platform.
    • Guarantee clean data, robust system integrity, and optimize usage.
  • Cross-Department Liaison:
    • Foster strong collaboration between HR and Accounting departments.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive HR reports for internal stakeholders.
  • General HR Support:
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider HR team.
