We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior B2B Operations Executive in India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations of a fintech platform, with a proven track record of troubleshooting complex operational issues.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the platform, monitoring for potential issues or opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies in transaction data or service performance.
Other key responsibilities include performing the "Maker" function for client withdrawal requests, maintaining transaction records with a high degree of accuracy and ensuring all data files are up to date.
Additionally, the role requires managing and supporting the daily T+1 reconciliation process, investigating and resolving any issues related to transactions and balances to maintain accurate financial records.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
You will also need excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
A competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 per year, directly dependent on your profile and experience, is available for this role.
