As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and support. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support, driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will leverage your sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Leverage sales skills to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions and feedback
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree from a recognized institution
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and Hindi (highly desirable)
  • Additional proficiency in other Indian languages is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
