Job Title: Key Retailer Engagement Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience upon entering the store.
  • Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, ensuring they receive personalized support and guidance.
  • Share product features and benefits with customers, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Explain services, build trust, and foster loyalty with customers, creating long-term relationships.
  • Resolve customer queries pre- and post-sale, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
  • Receive feedback from customers on services and products, using this valuable information to continuously improve our offerings.
Inventory Management:
  • Conduct daily quick counts of all available PIDs in the store, maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Receive bulk shipments, perform physical counts, and mark received items in the system on a daily basis.
  • Execute daily replenishment to fill display gaps, ensuring optimal visual merchandising.
  • Identify and separate damaged or defective inventory, storing it in designated areas.
  • Ensure seamless handovers and receipts of products from VRX through the HOP app.
  • Highlight inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager, facilitating prompt resolution.
Operational Process:
  • Adhere to established VM guidelines, maintaining consistency across all stores.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store, promoting a positive shopping environment.
  • Update SOP files regularly, reflecting changes and improvements.
  • Reconcile daily cash and card sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
