Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Head to spearhead our solar business operations in Thrissur, Kerala. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategizing business plans, identifying market opportunities, driving sales and revenue growth, and managing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ledership and Strategic Planning: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Solar Industry Expertise: Possess in-depth understanding of the solar energy sector, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient production, distribution, and delivery of high-quality solar energy products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in business development, sales management, and revenue generation.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Project Management and Operational Oversight: Proficiency in project management and operational oversight.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
