Job Description:
As a dynamic professional, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing agents and identifying opportunities for growth. Your key responsibilities will include recruitment, licensing, and activation of IRDAAgents, as well as renewal and retention strategies. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships with agents, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
