About the Team:
The QR/Soundbox team is a key business and payments vertical within the organization, responsible for merchant acquisition, retention, and growth in India.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional and people manager to join our QR & Sound Box vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales growth and team management, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales growth and market share expansion in assigned areas of operations.
2. Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sales.
3. Identify and recruit sales talent to align and drive business in the market.
4. Plan market size, span, and geographies for Area Sales Managers.
5. Develop effective communication plans to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps.
6. Monitor quality parameters as suggested by management.
7. Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales.
8. Manage a large team of 5-10 Area Sales Managers and 200+ indirect employees.

Requirements:
1. Strong networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively.
2. Skilled in coaching and mentoring, with a quick learning ability.
3. Self-starters who can take ownership and navigate ambiguity.
4. 8-12 years of experience in sales - business development, B2C markets.
5. Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and large team handling.
6. Articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
7. Good sales and negotiation skills, with experience in quota-driven sales.
8. Experience in payments and finance is a plus.

MBA (Marketing)
