Regional Temple Partnerships Manager

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Temple Partnerships Manager to lead temple partnerships and relationship management within a defined region. This role will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with temples, spiritual institutions, and key regional stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of culturally complex or relationship-led sectors, with a proven track record in field-based stakeholder engagement. They will be an exceptional communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing partnerships with temples and spiritual institutions
  • Establishing and maintaining regular communication and in-person touchpoints with partner temples
  • Owning the full lifecycle of regional partner accounts, from onboarding to relationship deepening and revenue growth
  • Driving strategic problem-solving and resolving issues, especially in escalated or sensitive scenarios
  • Ensuring revenue targets from temple partnerships are met or exceeded
Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record in field-based stakeholder engagement, preferably in culturally complex or relationship-led sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Familiarity or affinity with Indian spiritual/cultural institutions is a significant plus
