As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with temples and spiritual institutions in your assigned region. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, cultural sensitivity, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional partnership strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with temple leaders and stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth through successful partnerships
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record in field-based stakeholder engagement, preferably in culturally complex or relationship-led sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity or affinity with Indian spiritual/cultural institutions is a significant plus
