Temple Partnerships Director

The Regional Partnership Lead will oversee temple partnerships and relationship management within a defined region. This individual will act as the face of the brand in the region, working closely with temple partners to drive adoption, satisfaction, and monetization.
Main Responsibilities:- Builddiversified partnerships with temples and key regional stakeholders
- Establish regular communication and in-person touchpoints with partner temples
- Manage the full lifecycle of regional partner accounts—from onboarding to relationship development and revenue growth
- Develop strategic solutions and resolve issues, especially in escalated or sensitive scenarios
- Maintain revenue targets from temple partnerships
- Represent the organization on-ground and maintain a strong pulse on partner needs and sentiment
- Ensure efficient project execution and partner delivery to support margin goals.
- 3–7 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development
- A proven track record in field-based stakeholder engagement, preferably in culturally complex sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Familiarity with Indian spiritual/cultural institutions is a plus
- A willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Net Temples Added: Growth in number of temples onboarded
- Net Revenue Added: Revenue generated from regional partnerships
- Temple Churn Rate: Retention of partner temples over time
- Temple NPS: Partner satisfaction and advocacy
- Crisis Resolution TAT: Responsiveness in managing escalations
