Lead Temple Partnerships

We are seeking a skilled Regional Partnerships Lead to lead temple partnerships and relationship management within a defined region. This role will serve as the face of our brand, actively working with temples to drive adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management, with 3-7 years of experience in building and managing relationships with key regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong partnerships with temples and regional stakeholders through regular communication and in-person touchpoints.
- Owning the full lifecycle of regional partner accounts from onboarding to deepening relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Drive strategic problem-solving and resolve escalated or sensitive issues.
- Ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a strong pulse on partner needs and sentiment.
- Efficiently execute projects and ensure partner delivery for margin goals and P&L impact.
- Proven track record in partnership management.
- 3-7 years of experience in partnerships.
