Job Overview:

A strategic talent acquisition specialist is needed to enhance our organizational capabilities. This role encompasses managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting HR operations, designing and implementing HR policies, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Support HR operations including payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance.
  • Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle queries related to HR, benefits, and company policies.
  • Partner with leadership in building a talent pipeline for future growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance (India or UAE).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
