System Analyst/IT Support Job in Kochi

This role involves providing technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues while maintaining excellent working relationships with users and peers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Minimum 6 months-2 years of technical support experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills necessary.
  • Clear communication of issues and problem resolutions expected.
  • L1 Desktop Support up to end user level including hardware, software, and networking problems.
  • Familiarity with concepts of networking, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office preferred.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP essential.
  • Brief knowledge of Azure beneficial.
  • Awareness of Windows 10 and 11 required.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS 2016 helpful.
  • Understanding of Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, desktop applications needed.
  • Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures.
  • Certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to work outside core business hours as required.
  • Able to resolve issues proactively and independently, yet also function well within a team.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Must be a graduate without any arrears.
  • At least 6 months of experience in IT Support required.
