Job Description

As an Export Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating export files and Bill of Lading details in the LARA system on a pan-India basis.

  • Maintain accurate records of export file and BL details in the LARA system.
  • Update remarks received from the Intermodal Team regarding import and export cleanup files.
  • Handle export invoice RFI's within the established turnaround time (TAT).
  • Respond to queries received from vendors, GBS Team, and customers in a timely manner.
  • Generate SDP and SDD codes within TAT.
  • Follow up with vendors and the GBS Team for outstanding bills payments and update the receivable team accordingly.
  • Resolve vendor issues promptly.
  • Coordinate daily with the Mumbai Intermodal Team for freight order generation and COL updation on LARA and LISA systems within TAT.
  • Prepare various reports pertaining to intermodal moves on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensure regular follow-up on tasks.
  • Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis within the given deadline.
  • Address customer queries immediately.

Qualifications

  • Hold a graduate degree.

  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with hardworking attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
