Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) specialist to join our team. As a QA specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Execute QA Activities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for our trading platform, including integration, regression, functional, and performance testing.
  • Own and Manage the QA Lifecycle: Plan, test case development, execution, and defect management for the trading platform.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with trading and IT teams to understand system requirements, user needs, and business processes to identify critical areas for testing.
  • Mentor and Guide Junior Team Members: Provide support for both technical and non-technical issues, and define, implement, and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across all projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, preferably in trading platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, such as Endur.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
