Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Professional to lead our Trading Platform QA team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our trading systems.

You will be responsible for driving testing strategies, identifying risks, and providing valuable insights into platform improvements. This includes collaborating with development teams, business stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure adherence to best practices in IT and QA processes.

  • Lead and execute QA activities on the Trading Platform, focusing on ensuring the functionality, performance, and stability of the platform across various environments
  • Own and manage the QA lifecycle for the trading platform, including planning, test case development, execution, and defect management
  • Work closely with trading and IT teams to understand system requirements, user needs, and business processes to identify critical areas for testing
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, including integration, regression, functional, and performance testing
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Endur or similar trading platforms
  • Extensive experience in QA within trading or financial platforms, with a focus on testing complex trading systems
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Endur or similar trading platforms
  • Experience in functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing within a complex trading environment
  • Solid understanding of trading workflows, financial products, and market data in relation to trading platforms
  • Experience working with test automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, with the ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
