Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

  • This position requires the ability to address customer queries across various platforms, including email, social media, and phone calls.
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring shipments on a daily basis to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintaining inventory for packaging material and replenishing stock as needed is another key aspect of this role.
  • The candidate will process returns, refunds, exchanges, and manage order dispatches and reimbursements with efficiency.

In addition to these responsibilities, this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers to understand their feedback and improve services.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
  • Candidates should have proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • A strong organizational and multitasking ability is essential for this role.
