Job Title: Senior Financial Controller

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly financial statements to executive management for review.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS) Reports: Develop and maintain reports, including budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding, and collection statement analysis.

Statutory Compliance:
  • Tax Filings: Electronic filing of returns and assessment under Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Provident Fund (P.F.).
Liaising with Auditors:
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors for successful completion of annual audit and ROC/MCA filings.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 15+ years' experience in manufacturing or forging industry.
Key Skills:
  • Multi-Functional Expertise: Strong experience within finance department for managing monthly reporting and quarterly presentations to the Board.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting packages, including Tally Features for automation, audit, and Advanced Excel Knowledge.
  • Compliance and Standards: Expert knowledge in auditing and accounting reporting standards applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as defined under the Companies Act, 2013.
