Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Leader to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive risk-based annual audit plan. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to build strategic relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop an annual audit plan aligned with business priorities and risk assessment.
  • Identify and finalize vendors for program activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Oversee the execution of internal audits, leveraging both in-house and outsourced resources as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on open audit observations, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Lead follow-up audits to assess management's remediation efforts on internal audit findings.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Internal Audit SOPs, including templates and documentation requirements.
  • Establish a centralized repository of audit programs, checklists, and tools to promote standardization and consistency.
  • Partner with the Risk Management function to identify and assess entity-level risks, informing strategic decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
  • Desired education: CIA, CISA, or CWA.
  • 10-15 years of experience in implementing risk management strategies at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Proven track record of undertaking audits across diverse areas of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
