Senior Operations Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Specialist to oversee the optimization of our operational processes.
About the Role:- Our ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, and store movement, while ensuring timely execution of orders, dispatches, and installations.
- They will coordinate with internal departments to track progress on ongoing client orders and projects, as well as manage vendor performance and procurement timelines.
- Additionally, they will monitor inventory movement and maintain reorder levels for fast-moving SKUs.
- The successful candidate will maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales orders, dispatches, delivery timelines, vendor SLAs, stock levels, and cost optimization.
- They will also automate manual reports using Excel or similar tools and identify operational bottlenecks using data and suggest corrective actions.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed and proposing system/process improvements to enhance operations.
- The ideal candidate will also assist in onboarding new processes/tools for better operations tracking.
- A graduate/postgraduate degree in Operations, Commerce, or Business Management is required.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in Operations or MIS, preferably in retail/interiors/logistics/furniture domain, is necessary.
- Excellent command over MS Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot, and basic data analysis is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP tools (Zoho, SAP, Tally, or similar) is highly desirable.
