Senior Business Operations Specialist

- Supporting new city launches as a key lead in on-ground operations.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and an MBA from a top-tier university.
- Minimum 1-5 years' experience in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution/sales or BFSI sectors.
- Prior project management experience and high proficiency in data dashboarding and analysis is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to switch context and build new skills quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
