ERP System Support Specialist

An ERP System Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of an Enterprise Resource Planning system. Key duties include creating and deploying reports and dashboards, implementing new modules or enhancements, and verifying compliance with organizational requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:- Provide assistance in maintaining and upgrading the Enterprise ERP system.
- Develop and deploy new modules, projects, or enhancements to meet business needs.
- Manage change requests through migration to production tenants, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Monitor Service Now queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Collaborate directly with clients and change management teams to document business requirements.
- Requires 2+ years of experience in creating and modifying matrix, composite, and advanced reports and dashboards across functional areas.
- Demonstrates ability and experience in translating functional specifications into technical deliverables.
