ERP Cloud Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Cloud specialist to join our enterprise solutions team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in implementing, configuring and supporting cloud-based ERP systems.

  • Lead and participate in the implementation of cloud ERP modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management).
  • Conduct business requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to understand their financial processes and map them to cloud ERP functionalities.
  • Configure and customize cloud ERP modules to meet specific business needs, including setup, master data configuration and transaction processing.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the configured solution meets design specifications and business requirements.
  • Provide functional and technical support for cloud ERP applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations between cloud ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to facilitate successful adoption of the new system.
  • Guide clients through data migration strategies and support data loading activities into cloud ERP.
  • Stay updated with new cloud ERP features, releases and industry best practices to advise clients on continuous improvements.
  • Manage project tasks and deliverables effectively, ensuring adherence to timelines and scope.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and effort estimations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting cloud ERP modules.
  • Strong functional understanding of core financial business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing cloud ERP.
  • Familiarity with cloud implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools within cloud ERP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
