**ERP Implementation Specialist Opportunity**

As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of our Workday HCM solution. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to HCM processes, creating and maintaining accurate documentation of Workday HCM configurations and processes, developing and supporting delivery of training materials and user training sessions on Workday HCM, and supporting in the creation of business process documentation such as workflows and standard operating procedures.

Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Workday functionalities within HCM modules
  • Experience in HR operations and Workday HCM
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills
