ERP Implementation Specialist

We are transitioning from a legacy ERP system to a new, integrated solution built within Zoho One. The specialist will be responsible for leading the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho.

About the Role

This role requires both technical capability and practical business process understanding. The specialist will work closely with members of our team who have already begun the setup process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent technical skills, including experience with Zoho applications.
  • Strong business acumen and process understanding.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
