The Role

This role requires identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key partners to drive growth in working capital finance solutions.

It involves a mix of business development, partner management, and financial expertise to structure and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partners to enhance the working capital finance ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new partners and expand the partner network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored working capital solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Structure working capital finance solutions such as supply chain financing, trade credit, factoring, invoice discounting, and lines of credit.
  • Lead negotiations with partners and clients.
  • Provide training and support to partners on working capital finance products.
  • Track partner performance and monitor KPIs.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure partnership agreements comply with regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor industry developments and best practices.
