Business Finance Leader

Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Finance

Location: Mumbai

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and drive key business finance initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for tracking monthly entity and business-level profitability, building annual operating plans, and performing scenario modeling.
  • Developing, consolidating, and presenting insightful financial analysis reports, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecast variances.
  • Supporting ad-hoc special projects such as identifying cost optimization opportunities, conducting business valuations, and equity fund raising.
  • Producing high-quality presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for internal stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders, functional finance teams, and lines of business teams.
  • Creating, maintaining, and reviewing complex financial models and analyses, both recurring and ad-hoc.

Key Skills:

Financial Planning & Analysis

Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent numerical ability are required. Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant

Experience Required:

2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis/Business Finance
