Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Team Leader to spearhead our team's efforts in Fixed Income Analytics, Risk, and Returns.

This is a challenging role that demands expertise, leadership, and collaboration. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in finance and be able to effectively manage initiatives, foster operational efficiency, and provide guidance to team members.

In this role, you will lead projects that adhere to standards and continuously improve operations. You will also act as a point of contact during shifts and provide resources to support the team and stakeholders.

To excel in this position, you should have a Postgraduate degree in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Your interpersonal and organizational skills should be excellent, and you should be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams and be familiar with Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities). They should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a hybrid model.
